Shipments are made by carrier, at the recipient's expense.
Shipping costs only include packaging and transport (export documents if sending DOM / TOM or export).
Import, customs, dock dues and any other costs and charges that may be claimed upon delivery of the package, remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delays in delivery cannot give rise to damages or withholding.
The products travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser, to whom it is the responsibility of checking the condition of the goods at the time of delivery. The purchaser will notify the carrier of any apparent damage on the delivery slip and will inform our company within 72 hours.
Any dispute on the delivery of the ordered product must be made by email to email@example.com upon receipt of the order or failing that within fourteen calendar days of this delivery. Any dispute must be accompanied by the return, in its original packaging and at the customer's expense, of the offending product.
